SMARCA2-IN-6 inhibits the expression of the KRT80 gene in BRG1-mutant H1299 cells, with an AAC₅₀ of 0.026 μM^[1].
SMARCA2-IN-6 potently inhibits the proliferation of BRG1-mutant SKMEL5 cells with an AAC₅₀ of 0.013 μM, while it shows no significant activity in SBC5 cells with BRM-BRG1 target deletion^[1].
