Activité biologique
Description
In Vitro
Demoxepam (230 μM, 2-48 h) exihibits a cytotoxicity effect against P388 leukemia and B16 melanoma cell lines[1].
Demoxepam (10-12-10-4 M, 2 h) inhibits [3H]tryptophan binding to rat hepatic nuclei[3].
Demoxepam (25 μL, 40 min) displays comparable affinity for rat GABAA benzodiazepine binding sites labeled by 3H-flunitrazepam[4].
