Description

PRO-HD3 is a HDAC6 PROTAC degrader. PRO-HD3 exerts antiproliferative activity in leukemia cells. PRO-HD3 can be used for leukemia research^[1].
(Pink: HDAC6 ligand (HY-175627); Blue: Cereblon ligand (HY-41547); Black: linker (HY-W015659)).

In Vitro

PRO-HD3 (500 nM-5 μM; 24 h) nearly completely degrades HDAC6 in A549 cells at a concentration of 5 μM after 24 h of incubation^[1].
PRO-HD3 (48 h) inhibits Jurkat cell proliferation with an IC₅₀ of 3.80 μM after 48 h of incubation^[1].
