Activité biologique
Thiomorpholine, as a moiety within the NBD-Se-TM probe, enables selective and sensitive detection of HOCl in cell-free solutions via a PET-quenched "turn-on" mechanism, where its oxidation by HOCl restores fluorophore fluorescence[2].
