DDTT
Based on 1 Customer Validation
DDTT is a highly efficient sulfur transfer reagent for the synthesis of phosphorothioate oligonucleotides. DDTT serves as a collective detection indicator for total organochlorine pesticide residues consisting of DDT, DDE and DDD.

Biological Activity
DDTT (compound 1) (0.05-0.1 M; 2-4 min) enables efficient solid-phase synthesis of full-length phosphorothioate RNA, yielding >90% full-length product for sequence 26, while condition optimization is required for purine-rich sequence 27[1].
DDTT (0.02-0.1 M; 6 months) is soluble in anhydrous pyridine-organic solvent mixtures, and its sulfidation activity in solution is fully maintained for at least 6 months when stored at 25°C[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
