Deoxyguanosine triphosphate trisodium, 100 mM Solution, PCR Grade can be replaced by 7-deaza dGTP (HY-157001) or dITP (HY-W784564) in PCR reactions to resolve sequencing-related secondary structure issues[1].
Deoxyguanosine triphosphate trisodium can be catalytically cleaved by partially purified Escherichia coli enzyme extracts into equimolar amounts of deoxyguanosine and triphosphate; it has a Km of 2.5 μM for dGTP and serves as the preferred deoxynucleoside triphosphate substrate for this enzyme[2].
Deoxyguanosine triphosphate trisodium can be cleaved by dGTP hydrolase derived from *Escherichia coli*; the activity of this enzyme is inhibited by GDP, and its catalytic function depends on MgCl2[2].
