In Vitro

DSPE-PEG3400-TAT is composed of three parts: DSPE, PEG3400, and TAT. DSPE is a lipid that provides hydrophobicity; PEG3400 is a water-soluble polymer chain that extends blood circulation time in vivo and serves as a linker; and TAT is a cell-penetrating peptide that facilitates the efficient entry of drug carriers into cells by traversing the cell membrane.
