Furosemide AG (Furosemide acyl-β-D-glucuronide) is an acyl-β-D-glucuronide metabolite of Furosemide (HY-B0135). Furosemide AG can be used in the research of neutropenia and thrombocytopenia^[1].

In Vitro

Furosemide AG (Furosemide acyl-β-D-glucuronide) (10 μM) exhibits a half-life of 3.2 hours in 0.1 M KPB (pH 7.4) at 37°C^[1].
Furosemide AG (10 μM) exhibits a half-life of 7.2 hours in 4% HSA solution (0.1 M KPB, pH 7.4) at 37°C^[1].
Furosemide AG (10 μM) exhibits a half-life of 3.7 hours in human fresh plasma (pH 7.4) at 37°C^[1].
