GABA receptor antagonist 3
GABA receptor antagonist 3 is a GABA receptor antagonist with insecticidal activity. GABA receptor antagonist 3 binds deeply inside the receptor pore, forms stable interactions with key residues to disrupt channel gating, and inhibits GABA-induced currents. GABA receptor antagonist 3 exhibits insecticidal activity against Spodoptera frugiperda. GABA receptor antagonist 3 can be used in pest control research.

Biological Activity
GABA receptor antagonist 3 (compound H10) inhibits GABA-induced currents generated by heterologously expressed PxRDL1 homopentameric receptors in Xenopus laevis oocytes, with a corresponding IC50 = 0.91 nM, and its inhibitory activity is significantly superior to that of Fluxametamide (HY-108690)[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
GABA receptor antagonist 3 exhibits potent insecticidal activity against S. frugiperda, with an LC50 of 1.88 mg/L[1].
