DDD2 is a selective and potent VHL-mediated PROTAC NUDT5 degrader. DDD2 induces robust NUDT5 degradation. DDD2 can be used in cancer research, such as lymphocytic leukemia and osteosarcoma.

DDD2 (2 µM, 24 h) induces robust NUDT5 degradation in U-2 OS cells[1].
DDD2 (0.01-10 µM, 4-96 h) induces concentration- and time-dependent degradation of endogenous NUDT5 in CCRF-CEM cells[1].
DDD2 (1 µM, 24 h) degrades NUDT5 depending on VHL not CRBN in U-2 OS cells[1].
DDD2 has good solubility and stability with Kinetic Solubility Mean of 6.25 µM[1].
