Gentulizumab (Gensci-059) is a humanized IgG4 antibody that targets CD47. Gentulizumab displays strong binding to CD47 in both human and monkey, and effectively inhibits the CD47-SIRPα interaction. Gentulizumab exhibits a potent antitumor activity. The isotype control for Gentulizumab can refer to Human IgG4 (S228P) kappa, Isotype Control (HY-P99003).

Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 Jurkat cells with Gentulizumab (HY-P991062, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black). -
Immobilized CD47 Protein, Human (HEK293, HY-P72917) can bind Gentulizumab. The EC50 for this effect is 110.4 ng/mL.
