Description

Hemsloside G1 is a saponin that found in the rhizome of Hemsleya graciliflora[1].

In Vitro

Hemsloside G1 produces D-glucuronic acid, D-glucose, and L-arabinose via acid hydrolysis[1].
Hemsloside G1 is confirmed via NMR spectroscopy to be a 3,28-O-glycosylated oleanolic acid with defined anomeric configurations for all sugar units[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
