Isorhamnetin 4′-glucoside
Isorhamnetin 4′-glucoside is a flavonol monoglycoside and also a minor flavonoid component. Isorhamnetin 4′-glucoside can be isolated from red-skinned onions (Allium cepa L.) in southern Italy.

Biological Activity
Isorhamnetin 4′-glucoside (10 g in 100 mL methanol; overnight at 4 °C, 30 min at room temperature x2) is identifiable in processed methanolic extracts of southern Italian red onion Allium cepa L. via HPLC-DAD-ESI-MS/MS with characteristic mass spectral and UV absorption profiles[1].
