PI3K-IN-64
PI3K-IN-64 is an orally effective phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) inhibitor. PI3K-IN-64 inhibits tumor growth in vivo. PI3K-IN-64 produces synergistic effects when combined with Fulvestrant (HY-13636) and Palbociclib (HY-50767). PI3K-IN-64 can be used for research on breast cancer.

Animal Model:BALB/c nude mice (female, 6-8 weeks old, 18-20 g, MCF-7 xenograft model)[1]

Dosage:25 mg/kg (monotherapy); 25 mg/kg (combination with Fulvestrant); 25 mg/kg (triple combination with Fulvestrant and Palbociclib)

Administration:p.o.; once daily; 4 weeks

Result:Inhibited tumor growth in the MCF-7 xenograft model with a mean tumor volume of 148 mm3 at D28, RTV of 0.90, T/C of 29.15%, and TGI of 105.83% as monotherapy.
Inhibited tumor growth in combination with Fulvestrant with a mean tumor volume of 102 mm3, RTV of 0.60, T/C of 19.56%, and TGI of 118.89%.
Inhibited tumor growth in triple combination with Fulvestrant and Palbociclib with a mean tumor volume of 42 mm3, RTV of 0.26, T/C of 8.31%, and TGI of 136.02%.
