CLEC2B
null CLEC2B encodes the activation-induced C-type lectin (AICL), a type II transmembrane receptor mapped within the natural-killer gene complex on chromosome 12. Like its close relative CLEC2A, AICL is expressed mainly on NK cells and a subset of T lymphocytes, and its transcription is upregulated upon lymphocyte activation. The protein carries a single extracellular C-type lectin-like domain and a short cytoplasmic tail lacking canonical signaling motifs, so it may act through associated adaptor proteins. Its precise ligand and physiological function remain to be fully established. Recombinant CLEC2B/AICL supports research into NK-cell receptor biology and lectin-mediated immune regulation.

The EpCAM/TROP1 protein serves as an important homogeneous interacting molecule that promotes direct contact between intestinal epithelial cells (IEC) and intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL) in the mucosal epithelium. This feature helps establish an immune barrier against mucosal infections. EpCAM/TROP1 Protein, Human (His-SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived EpCAM/TROP1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His, N-SUMO labeled tag.
