DNA Encoded Libraries

As an innovative and powerful tool for hit compound discovery, DNA Encoded Library (DEL) enables rapid screening of tens of millions to billions of molecules to identify structurally novel compounds with potential druggability. This significantly shortens the drug development cycle and reduces research and development costs. In the construction of a DEL library, each building block is labeled with a unique and known DNA sequence. Through DNA-compatible reactions and combinatorial chemistry strategies, hundreds of millions of DEL molecules can be generated via several cycles of reactions.
