LSN3318839 (0-19 μM) enhances the potency and efficacy of GLP-1(9-36) in GLP-1R-expressed HEK293 cells, but does not affect the potency of GLP1(7-36)[1].
LSN3318839 (1-3 μM) significantly increases insulin secretion in combination with GLP-1 (9-36) in INS-1 832-3 cells with high glucose presence[1].
