Biological Activity
|
D2 Receptor 3.5 μM (IC50) |
A1AR 320 nM (IC50) |
Mayumbine competitively inhibits the binding of 3H-flunitrazepam to GABAA/BZD receptors in rat cerebral cortex, hippocampus, and cerebellar membrane preparations, reducing binding affinity (Kd) but not altering the maximum number of binding sites (Bmax), and was identified as a partial agonist[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
