MDTF is a non-cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)[1].

In Vitro

MDTF (50 μM) increases hydrophilic character by substitution of a cyclohexyl ring and a MD-based FRET probe incubates in human plasma has a considerably higher self-stabilization rate compared to the MCC-based probe[1].
