Biological Activity
MDTF free acid (50?μM) increases hydrophilic character by substitution of a cyclohexyl ring and a MD-based FRET probe incubates in human plasma has a considerably higher self-stabilization rate compared to the MCC-based probe[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
