Mouse TREM-1 SCHOOL peptide
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Mouse TREM-1 SCHOOL peptide (Mouse TREM-1(213-221), GF9) targets the interaction between TREM-1 and its signaling partner DAP-12, specifically silencing the TREM-1 signaling pathway, regulate the production of TREM-1-mediated pro-inflammatory cytokines in vivo and in vitro. Mouse TREM-1 SCHOOL peptide has anti-tumor effects. Mouse TREM-1 SCHOOL peptide can reduce the formation of vitreoretinal neovascularization.

Biological Activity
Mouse TREM-1 SCHOOL peptide reduces the production of inflammatory cytokines in J774 cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
-
Cell Line:J774
-
Concentration:50 ng/mL
-
Incubation Time:24 h
-
Result:Showed a marked reduction in secreted TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6 levels in response to LPS.
Mouse TREM-1 SCHOOL peptide (formulated into a lipopeptide complex (2.5 mg/kg, i.p.)) can prolong the half-life of the peptide and achieve targeted delivery, has a strong anti-angiogenic effect on pathological RNV, and allows physiological neovascularization at the same time in OIR mice[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
-
Animal Model:oxygen-induced retinopathy C57BL/6J mice[2]
-
Dosage:2.5 mg/kg (HDL-mimicking lipopeptide complexes)
-
Administration:Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.)
-
Result:Expression of TREM-1 and M-CSF was substantially decreased in oxygen-induced retinopathy (OIR) mice.
Reduced RNV by at least 95% compared with vehicle treatment.
Reduced central avascular area was observed.
-
Animal Model:female C57BL/6 mice (8-10 weeks, 18-21 g, injected subcutaneously into the right flanks 5 x 106 H292 or A549 cells per mouse.) induced by LPS (Lipopolysaccharides, from E. coli O55:B5) (HY-D1056)[1]
-
Dosage:25, 150, 300 mg/kg
-
Administration:Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.)
-
Result:Showed antitumor efficacy in both models, with the effect more pronounced in the A549 model (31% T/C vs. 52% T/C for the H292 model).
Administration twice a week at a much higher dose of 150 mg/kg did not significantly inhibit tumor growth in both xenograft models.
No weight loss occurred in mice even after a 300 mg/kg dose.
Prolongs survival of mice with LPS-induced septic shock at a dose of 25 mg/kg but contributes to death at a dose of 150 mg/kg.
