When used in combination with iPhos 9A1P9 (HY-W590683) in ionizable lipid nanoparticles (iPLNPs), N-Methyldioctadecylamine enables liver-selective mRNA expression. N-Methyldioctadecylamine supports initial in vitro and in vivo mRNA delivery screening for iPhos lipids.
