Biological Activity
NR4A agonist-1 (compound 111) activates full-length human Nurr1 in a more physiological setting on the three response elements NBRE (monomer), NurRE (homodimer), and DR5 (RXR heterodimer) with nanomolar potencies (EC50: 43 nM (NBRE), 22 nM (NurRE), and 21 nM (DR5))[1].
