    Expression of OT (Oxytocin) signaling related genes in the hippocampus. RT-PCR analysis were performed on brain tissues from the hippocampus. Con: control; Veh: Vehicle (Saline); RIS: Risperidone; LOT: Low dose (6 μg/kg) of OT; MOT: Medium dose (20 μg/kg) of OT; HOT: High dose (60 μg/kg) of OTAfter 1 week of acclimation, animals in the control group were administered saline (10 ml/kg) and those in the model group were administered MK801 (0.6 mg/kg) through intraperitoneal (i. p.) injections once a day for 21 days.
