PROTAC Akt3 Degrader-1 (Compound 12) (0.2 nM-5 μM, 24 h) effectively induces Akt3 degradation in MDA-MB-468 cells (DC50 = 7.5 nM), but shows no significant degradation of Akt1 and Akt2 (DC50 > 5000 nM)[1].
PROTAC Akt3 Degrader-1 (0.2 μM, 24 h) is a highly specific Akt3 degrader, significantly reducing only Akt3 and TMEM120B proteins in MDA-MB-468 cells with minimal off-target effects[1].
PROTAC Akt3 Degrader-1 (0.2 nM-5 μM, 24 h) induces Akt3 degradation at a DC50 of 7.0 nM in MDA-MB-231 cells and at 54.3 nM in A-375 cells[1].
PROTAC Akt3 Degrader-1 shows IC50 values of > 30 μM and 13.5 μM in MDA-MB-468 and MDA-MB-231 cells, respectively[1].
