PROTAC Akt3 Degrader-1 contains two different ligands connected by a linker; one is an E3 ligase ligand-linker conjugate (Lenalidomide-C10-COOH) (HY-W580023), and the other is for the ligand of the Akt3 target protein, Akt3 ligand-1 (NTQ1062) (HY-175976). PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].
