RK-1205-I
RK-1205-I is a protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) inhibitor and fungal growth inhibitor. RK-1205-I inhibits PP2A activity in fungal cells, leading to the accumulation of Ser/Thr phosphorylated proteins. RK-1205-I acts as a morphoregulator and induces unique morphological changes in filamentous fungi. RK-1205-I inhibits the growth of various fungi, including Aspergillus oryzae, Aspergillus fumigatus and Candida auris. RK-1205-I can be used for the research of fungal infections.

RK-1205-I (0.062-0.186 µM; 48 h) induces unique morphological changes in Aspergillus oryzae[1].
RK-1205-I potently inhibits the growth of HL-60 cells, with an IC50 of 0.2 µM[1].
RK-1205-I (0.01-10 µM; 2 h) inhibits PP2A activity and increases the accumulation of serine/threonine phosphorylated proteins in Candida albicans and HL-60 cells[1].
