RSM-01 tightly binds to the highly conserved Ø site on the Pre-F protein, blocks viral conformational changes, inhibits viral fusion with host cell membranes, and prevents viral entry into cells. It exhibits ultra-high neutralizing activity against both RSV subtype A and subtype B^[1].
