SARS-CoV-2-IN-22 (Compound 9a) effectively blocks the binding of SARS-CoV-2 to the host ACE2 receptor through dual recognition of SARS-CoV-2 spike receptor-binding domain (RBD) and human ACE2. SARS-CoV-2-IN-2 displays no cytotoxicity to normal cells (LO2)^[1].
