SARS-CoV-2-IN-23 exhibits antiviral activity with IC₅₀s of 8.2 μM and 2.6 μM against SARS-CoV-2 activity and the spike pseudoparticle transduction, respectively. SARS-CoV-2-IN-23 induces liposomal membrane disruption with an EC₅₀ value of 4.4 μM.

IC50: 4.4 μM (viral liposome, SARS-CoV-2)^[1]

In Vitro

SARS-CoV-2-IN-23 (CP002) inhibits SARS-CoV-2 (IC₅₀=2.6 μM) with a low cytotoxicity (Caco2 cells, CC₅₀=97 μM)^[1].
SARS-CoV-2-IN-23 (0-15 μM; 2 h) inactivate SARS-CoV-2, shows inhibition against infection with an IC₅₀ value of 8.2 μM^[1].
SARS-CoV-2-IN-23 suppresses varies enveloped viruses activity with IC₅₀s of 38.4 μM (influenza A virus, IAV), 2.8 μM (measles virus, MeV), 1.1 μM (herpes simplex viruses, HSV-1), and human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1), respectively^[1].
