SARS-CoV-2-IN-23 induces liposomal membrane disruption with an EC50 value of 4.4 μM[1].

In Vitro

SARS-CoV-2-IN-23 (CP002) inhibits SARS-CoV-2 (IC50=2.6 μM) with a low cytotoxicity (Caco2 cells, CC50=97 μM)[1].
SARS-CoV-2-IN-23 (0-15 μM; 2 h) inactivate SARS-CoV-2, shows inhibition against infection with an IC50 value of 8.2 μM[1].
SARS-CoV-2-IN-23 suppresses varies enveloped viruses activity with IC50s of 38.4 μM (influenza A virus, IAV), 2.8 μM (measles virus, MeV), 1.1 μM (herpes simplex viruses, HSV-1), and human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1), respectively[1].
