VX-148 is an orally active immunosuppressant, which is a non-competitive inosine-5'-monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH) inhibitor with Ki values for IMPDH Ⅱ and IMPDH Ⅰ of 6 and 14 nM respectively.
