sEH inhibitor-11 (0-10 μM; 10 min) inhibits sEH activity with an IC50 value of 0.3 μM[1].
sEH inhibitor-11 (0-10 μM) inhibits 5-lipoxygenase-activating protein (FLAP)-mediated cellular leukotriene (LT) formation with an IC50 value of >10 μM[1].
sEH inhibitor-11 (15 min) remains the activity of 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO) product formation in neutrophils with 93.5% and 62.1% at doses of 1 and 10 μM, respectively[1].
