Sontigidomide (Compound I-5) (0.1 μM) exhibits a degradation rate of over 80% for IKAROS and GSPT1 proteins and a degradation rate of 25%-50% for CK1α protein[1].
Sontigidomide (1 μM; 3 days) exhibits an antiproliferative activity of over 80% for MOLM-13 cells[1].
