sSPhos Pd G2
Based on 1 Customer Validation
sSPhos Pd G2 is a water-soluble palladium catalyst. sSPhos Pd G2 mediates Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions for protein biotinylation and on-DNA reactions, thereby enabling robust gel-based ABPP using iodocysteine-reactive probes rather than bromo- or chloro-substituted probes.

Description
In Vitro
sSPhos Pd G2 enables on-DNA glycal-based Suzuki-Miyaura coupling of DNA head pieces with glycal boronates at 90 °C, yielding glycal-DNA conjugates 20a-20s[1].
sSPhos-Pd-G2 mediates DNA-compatible hydroxycarbonylation of aryl iodides and bromides with moderate to very good conversions, whereas aryl chlorides react with poor to moderate conversions[4].
