T2 peptide-1
T2 peptide-1 is a linear peptide derived from Lumican degradation. T2 peptide-1 exhibits activity against endometrial adhesion progression and ability to inhibit the Lumican−Collagen I interaction. T2 peptide-1 can be used for the research of liver fibrosis.

Biological Activity
|
Collagen I |
T2 peptide-1 (10 μM; 1 h) inhibits the Lumican-Collagen I interaction by 12.66[1].
T2 peptide-1 (10 μM; 24 h) reduces TGF-β1-induced Collagen I expression in human LX2 hepatic stellate cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
-
Cell Line:human LX2 hepatic stellate cells (TGF-β1-stimulated)
-
Concentration:10 μM
-
Incubation Time:24 h
-
Result:Reduced TGF-β1-induced COL1A1 protein levels in LX2 cells to a relative level of ~8 (normalized to GAPDH), which was lower than the TGF-β1-only group (relative level ~10).
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
