Tau-aggregation-IN-4 (Compound 1a) (10-30 μM, 24 h) scavenges tau aggregates at both 10 μM and 30 μM concentrations (EC50 = 2.99 μM) in SH-SY5Y cells, with an average maximum clearance of 62%, and is non-cytotoxic[1].
