TKL-IN-3 is a potent herbicide targeting SvTKL, with an IC50 of 0.229 mg/L. TKL-IN-3 (compound 9o) (0.125-2.0 mg/L; 10 min) potently inhibits SvTKL, with an IC50 of 0.229 mg/L and an inhibition rate of 92.0% at a concentration of 2.00 mg/L[1].
TKL-IN-3 (20-200 mg/L; 7 days) exhibits potent herbicidal activity against Digitaria sanguinalis and Amaranthus retroflexus seedlings. After 7 days of exposure, the root inhibition rate exceeds 86% at a concentration of 200 mg/L, and ranges from 72% to 80% at a concentration of 20.0 mg/L[1].
TKL-IN-3 (application dose: 37.5-375 g ai/ha; 7 days after treatment) exhibits a post-emergence inhibition rate of over 90% against Digitaria sanguinalis and Amaranthus retroflexus at a dose of 375 g ai/ha, and an inhibition rate of 70.0% at a dose of 37.5 g ai/ha 7 days after application[1].
