DSPE, or distearate phosphatidylethanolamine, is a phospholipid molecule with excellent biocompatibility and membrane fusion capabilities.
PEG, or polyethylene glycol, is a commonly used polymer that can increase the stability and bioavailability of materials.
The SP94 peptide specifically recognizes liver cancer cell surface markers (such as GRP78 protein) and has no affinity for normal hepatocytes, achieving precise targeting.
