Valbenazine tosylate (NBI-98854 tosylate) is a vesicular monoamine transporter 2 (VMAT2) inhibitor with the Ki of 110-190 nM[1].

In Vitro

Valbenazine exhibits VMAT2 binding affinity in rat striatum and human platelets with Kis of 110 and 150 nM, respectively[1].
