In Vitro

ZXH-1-161 (0-50 μM; 48 h) exhibits CRBN-dependent antiproliferative activity in MM1.S wild-type cells with an IC50 of 0.039 µM[1].
ZXH-1-161 (0.01-10 µM; 4 h) can induce the degradation of GSPT1 in MM1.S cells[1].
