Biologische Aktivität
1H-Indol-5-amine undergoes a three-component reaction with aromatic aldehydes and tert-butyl 2,4-dioxopiperidine-1-carboxylate under catalyst-free conditions by refluxing in ethanol, yielding 11-aryl-3H-indolo[5,4-b][1,6]naphthyridine derivatives[1].
1H-Indol-5-amine is a ligand used for preparing AI-Sepharose hydrophobic charge induction chromatography medium, which can achieve protein adsorption and elution through hydrophobic interaction and pH-induced charge repulsion, and has application potential in protein purification[2].
