2'-Prenylisorhamnetin is a natural flavonoid.

In Vitro

2'-Prenylisorhamnetin (Compound 3) (0.01-10 µM; 96 h) weakly induces MCF-7 cell proliferation (EC₂₅ = 2.1 μM)^[1].
2'-Prenylisorhamnetin (1 μM, 18 h) induces Ishikawa cell alkaline phosphatase expression (EC₂₅ = 3.21 μM), and induce luciferase expression in MCF7:D5L cells (EC₂₅ = 1.81 μM)^[1].
2'-Prenylisorhamnetin (1 μM, 18 h) promotes differentiation and alkaline phosphatase activity in MC3T3-E1 cells^[1].
