INY-03-041 inhibits Akt1, Akt2 and Akt3 with IC50s of 2.0 nM, 6.8 nM and 3.5 nM, respectively . 9-Decyn-1-ol is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
