Ikarisoside F
Ikarisoside F (Ikarisoside-F) is a flavonol glycoside present in both the underground and aboveground parts of Vancouveria hexandra and Epimedium koreanum Nakai. It binds to and inhibits S-adenosyl-l-homocysteine hydrolase. Ikarisoside F can be used in research related to cardiovascular diseases and cancers.

Biological Activity
Ikarisoside F (Ikarisoside-F) isolated from Vancouveria hexandra is structurally characterized as des-O-methylanhydroicaritin 3-xylosyl (1→2) rhamnoside via matching spectroscopic data (UV, EIMS, 1H NMR) to authentic specimens[1].
Ikarisoside F binds directly to purified recombinant human AdoHcy hydrolase, as identified via MALDI-TOF-MS analysis of enzyme-bound flavone components from Epimedium[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
