Description

Acetylcorynoline is the major alkaloid component derived from Corydalis bungeana, and has anti-inflammatory properties[1].

In Vitro

Acetylcorynoline significantly inhibits the secretion of tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-6, and interleukin-12p70 by LPS-stimulated Dendritic cells (DCs)[1].
Acetylcorynoline significantly inhibits LPS-induced activation of IκB kinase and mitogen-activated protein kinase[1].

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
