Biological Activity
Ambucetamide (6-120 μg/mL) inhibits the responses of the human myometrium to the menstrual stimulant[1].
Ambucetamide (12 μg/mL) has no definite effect on the responses of the guinea-pig uterus to vasopressin[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
Ambucetamide (1-10 mg/kg, femoral vein injection) reduces the tone of the uterus and increased the amplitude of contractions in dogs[2].
