ANB-NOS
Based on 1 Customer Validation
ANB-NOS is a heterobifunctional crosslinker with lipophilic, uncharged properties suitable for intracellular conjugation. ANB-NOS contains an amine-reactive Nhydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester and a photoactivatable nitrophenyl azide. ANB-NOS can be used for the research of fibrosarcoma and mammary adenocarcinoma.

Biological Activity
|
Alkyl/ether |
ANB-NOS (50 mg; 2 hours) successfully forms covalent amide bonds with primary amino groups on amino-functionalized mesoporous silica nanospheres[1].
ANB-NOS (100.0 mg; 30 minutes incubation with glucosamine, 5 minutes exposure to 302 nm light) enables covalent attachment of glucosamine to mesoporous silica nanospheres via photoactivation with 302 nm ultraviolet light[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
