Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (RG9-1)
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (RG9-1) is an anti-mouse Galectin-9 IgG2b monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (RG9-1) promotes inflammatory response by enhancing the secretion of IFN-γ, TNF-α, and IL-6. Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (RG9-1) can increase CD8 T cell and Treg frequency. Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (RG9-1) reduces graft survival time by increasing CD4+ and CD8+ T cell infiltration. Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (RG9-1) can be used for researches on inflammation conditions, cancer and xenotransplantation such as ischemia-reperfusion, colon cancer, breast cancer and leukemia.

Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (RG9-1) (10 μg, 2 h) significantly increases the killing effect of allogeneic reactive T cells on corneal endothelial cells (CECs) and inhibits the apoptosis of allogeneic reactive CD4+ T cells[1].
Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (RG9-1) (20 μg/mL) significantly increases the production of IFN-γ in splenic T cells stimulated by Concanavalin A (HY-P2149)[2].
Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (RG9-1) (20 μg/mL) significantly increases the secretion of TNF-α and IL-6 in the co-culture system of macrophages and T cells[2].
Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (RG9-1) can block Gal-9/TIM-3 interaction and reduce Jurkat T cell apoptosis[3].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
In Vivo
Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (RG9-1) (100 μg, i.p., once every 3 days, for 3 times) significantly enhances anti-tumor efficacy and prolongs survival combined with GITR mAb (HY-P990124) in female C57BL/6J mice bearing MC-38 tumors and BALB/c mice bearing EMT-6 tumors[3].
Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (RG9-1) (6 mg/kg, i.p., 3 times every weeks, for 7 weeks) significantly delays the progression of leukemia in female C57BL/6 mice[4].

"Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 NIH3T3 cells labeling Galectin-9 with Anti-Mouse Galectin-9 Antibody (HY-P990242, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 for an hour at 4℃. AF488-conjugated Goat Anti-Rat IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P89199) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Rat IgG2b kappa Isotype Control (HY-P990682, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black)."
