Antibacterial agent 115 (Compound 10) shows antibacterial activity with MIC values of both 2.72 μg/mL against Staphylococcus aureussubsp.aureus (ATCC 29213), Staphylococcus epidermidis (ATCC 12228) and Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538)[1].

Animal Model:Kunming female mice (body weight 18–22 g), 12-O-tetradecylphorbol-13- acetate (TPA) induced ear edema mice model[1].
