In Vitro

Antibacterial agent 322 (Compound 6c) (72 h) can inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli Vogel (EC-1), Pseudomonas aeruginosa U1-18 (PA-7), Staphylococcus aureus H-228 (SA-13), Streptococcus pyogenes C203 (SP1-1), and mycobacteria (MIC values range from 0.4 μg/mL to >3.1 μg/mL)^[1].
Antibacterial agent 322 has pKa1 values of 6.06 and pKa2 values of 8.65^[1].
